Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Product is missing items or parts

  • Product quality does not match the description

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and invoices must be intact

  • Refund request must be raised within 3 days of delivery


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling

  • Customized or personalized stationery items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items without original invoice


3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will guide you on the return procedure.


4. Refund Timeline

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be sent via bank transfer or digital wallet.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


8. Right to Refuse Refund

Cardinal Stationery Mart reserves the right to refuse any refund request if:

  • The product does not meet our return conditions

  • The return period has expired

  • Evidence of misuse or tampering is found
